A warmer winter awaits

A very late recap on a fantastic 4 weeks of competing at the Autumn Sunshine Tour.

A summer season to remember!

What an incredible summer season we’ve had! Since we last caught up, the team have travelled to some of the most stunning shows in Europe – Dinard, Deauville, Brussels Stephex Masters and Ascona- and enjoyed some fantastic results along the way. With the support of our amazing, hardworking team, our investors, sponsors and supporters, the horses produced through our programme have really developed over this summer season, all stepping up a level and showing their class.

This is not an event, this is an experience!

And what an experience it is to be back at the wonderful Knokke Hippique! After a Covid-enforced hiatus last year, we are back with an 8-strong string of quality horses under Tim Wilks.

We are delighted to announce the sale of the wonderful ten year old, LOEKI VAN HET LINDEHOF to clients in the USA.

An American Adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed being back out competing at another great competition organised by the super team at Peelbergen last week.   The 10yo Loeki Van Het Lindehof was once again the star of the group and has earned his flight to the USA with Anna Wilks(!) …yes, read on as we have some super exciting news to share with our investors, friends and followers.

For the love of the horse – “The Horse is a friend of Man”

The time is NOW to stand together in solidarity and support of each other and to help others whose horses have been struck down by this virus to give them the best chance of recovery.

The nine year old stallions own Week 2 at Sunshine Tour!!

After a brilliant start to the tour in week 1, this week our amazing nine year old stallions shone in the ring and produced some fantastic results

We have started the year as we mean to go on! With fantastic jumping from all the horses at the Sunshine Tour’s wonderful facility, at the foot of Vejer de la Fontera, Spain. In a Covid-secure way, the organisers have once again managed to put on some top-class sport, with perfect footing, fantastic facilities for the horses, and even some new arenas!

Elton Van Het Exelhof Z starts 2021 with a new rider in the saddle! 💫

IN Showjumpers have sold the talented 9 year old stallion Elton Van Het Exelhof Z (Elvis Ter Putte x Cassini I).

Nations Cup Debut for eight year old – Goldfinger Z!

The team is finally home from a hugely successful six weeks of competing in Spain. The horses are happy to be back and are enjoying a well-deserved Christmas break, although they are not convinced about the significant drop in temperature!

The last week at Sunshine Tour was the cherry on top of a fantastic few weeks of jumping in Spain.  During the final weekend we really did pull off our own ‘Super Saturday’ with top results all round!

Making the most of the sunshine

From one sunny Spanish sky to another! ..... We travelled from MET II to in our opinion the best show centre in the world for producing horses in Andalucía.  Despite closed borders, cancelled flights the amazing team at Montemedio were determined to continue and provide an amazing two weeks of competing.  Competitors have travelled from the Nordic countries to be here!

That's a wrap - MET II

What a fantastic three weeks we have had at the MET II Autumn Tour. Every time we come to this show we’re reminded why it’s such a fantastic facility for developing the horses within the sport.

8yos shine at MET II, week 2

You know what they say about the rain in Spain… well it turns out it doesn’t just fall on the plains after all! The first half of the week was a washout with high winds and heavy rain. The waterproofs were out in full force, and team mascot Eggsy (Anna’s dachshund puppy) had the right idea – staying warm and dry sleeping on the blankets in the tack room all day!

The IN Showjumpers team have arrived in MET Oliva for the autumn tour with 15 horses and 4 clients.   There is not a better facility in Europe at this time of year to continue the development of the horses whilst having time to help our clients reach their goals.   As a team we have been coming to MET for many years now, I think for Tim this is his 7th consecutive Autumn Tour at this incredible facility.

Come rain or shine! Canteleu CSI3*

It wasn’t a week for sunglasses and short-sleeves, that’s for sure, but despite the rain and wind, Canteleu proved to be an educational and beneficial show for our horses.

After a successful two weeks at Peelbergen, we took a select group of our older horses to the CSI3* show in Normandy to jump some bigger tracks and continue their progress as we approach the Autumn tours.

The eight year olds step up to the big sport in style!

We took twelve horses, plus four clients to Peelbergen for two weeks of competing with the plan to continue to educate them at another of Holland’s great show centres.

They surpassed our expectations and truly, we had a fantastic two weeks.   Although it has been a very difficult year, with COVID 19, the eight year olds are 100% on track with their development and are really starting to come into their own, showing their world-class talent to everyone.

Valkenswaard CSI2*- Another fantastic 3 days of jumping

Sometimes pictures speak louder than words and this was one of those weekends!

The Next Generation

One of the good things to come out of the COVID-19 situation has been more time to spend at home. For some people that might look like more time in the garden, picking up a new hobby, or a Tik-Tok obsession. Maybe you binge-watched Tiger King or redecorated your house.

Goldfinger – He’s the man!

…with the Midas touch. The star of the show at Riesenbeck was definitely this wonderful 8yo gelding. In fact, we would like another 10 horses just like him! By Goldfever, out of Edwina Alexander’s top mare Pia Lotta – he just keeps jumping fantastic, effortless clear rounds and proving he is a horse for the top of the sport.

The team on top form at Peelbergen CSI2*

The horses continued to look fantastic at the second International CSI2* Show of the summer, this time at the amazing Dutch facility, Peelbergen

A successful return to competition!

Over the last 4 months, we have focused on a tailored training and management programme for each of the horses, and as a result they have all restarted in competition stronger, more relaxed and mentally happier than before.

IN Showjumpers expands into Europe

We are really excited to announce that we  are significantly expanding our presence in Europe with the creation of a base in The Netherlands to compliment the work we do at our wonderful UK base just outside London.

Reflecting on a tour cut short - SST 2020 roundup

This time two weeks ago, none of us knew we would be back at home a week earlier than planned due to the rapid escalation and spread of COVID-19 across Europe.  I don’t even feel quite right posting this positive update when across the world there are so many many people who are in desperate situations as a result of the pandemic creating global health and financial stress like our generation has never known.

The glorious greys shine!

Another week of beautiful weather, amazing facilities and even more success for our team. The horses are thriving on the blue skies and sunshine and fantastic show facilities and we are so pleased with their development over the course of the tour.

Week 3 - The 8yo's step up in style

The sun is still shining and I can’t believe that we only have 3 more weeks at the incredible facilities provided by The Sunshine Tour.

Starting as we mean to go on

What a fantastic first couple of weeks we have had at Sunshine Tour! All of the horses have enjoyed jumping in the big grass arenas with perfect footing, stunning weather and amazing facilities at this great show.

Spring MET, over and out!

After three excellent weeks of (mostly!) great weather, Spring MET I has come to an end. What can we say? With such amazing facilities, a wonderful atmosphere and a brilliant team, its been the perfect way to start the year with all of the horses owned by the in showjumpers group.

Now its the 7yo's time to shine!

After a very successful start to Spring MET in week 1 and many weeks of jumping still ahead of us at the Sunshine Tour a number of the horses enjoyed a quieter week.

The eight-year-olds are on fire!

I couldn’t have been happier with the start of 2020.   We travelled to Spain a week ago to continue the training and education in the arena with 15 horses who are owned by the IN Showjumpers group.

Autumn MET II Tour Update

We travelled to this tour with our priority being to develop and bring on the younger horses that we have given more time to get stronger at home, before doing too much in the competition ring. Knockout Van’t Paradijs (Breemeersen Adorado x Carabas) the super talented 9 year old who had stepped up to 5* during the summer got a well-earned holiday at home!

Canteleu 2* and Waregem 5*

The mini-tour in France and Belgium started with the horses and riders enjoying the tail end of a beautiful Indian Summer, however, on arrival in Belgium, winter weather had really set in to stay for the weekend!

Dinard – The most beautiful show in the world!

For the team at IN Showjumpers this remains top of our list as the most beautiful show in the competition calendar, with fantastic sport at the very top level and an electric atmosphere created by the ever enthusiastic French crowds.

Spruce Meadows – isn’t just a competition it is a life experience!

The educational benefit for both horses and riders from spending 5 weeks at the Spruce Meadows 5* Summer Series cannot be underestimated.

Cian O’Connor buys the amazing Emerald x Toulon 7 year old – Mijnheer Van’t Lentamel

This super horse with top breeding has impressed many people all year with his consistent performance. He is a modern day sports horse for the very top of the sport. Beautifully produced
from a 5 year old by Anna Wilks for the IN Showjumper’s team he has delivered clear round after clear round at the Zangersheide Spring Tour, before he stepped onto the grass at Eindhoven where his great form continued.

Knokke week 1 complete!

The horses continue their flying form, with three of the seven year olds and the 15 year young Undicci (Camiell-Flamingo Z x Cardento)  all picking up placings during the week!

When you barely tall enough to see over the jumps at Spruce Meadows, Calgary!

Canada is a vast country! … and their showjumps aren’t far behind!..... However, both Loekie van’t Lindenhof z (Toulon x Nonstop) and Knockout rose to the occasion and jumped like heroes!... despite Knockout barely being able to see over the fences!

Knockout Van’t Paradijs steps up to the top

When a horse has natural talent and the hours of painstaking schooling in the formative years pays dividends!

Such an amazing week competing at Eindhoven CSI 3*, the
most beautiful show!

The seven year olds shine at Zangersheide in April

We had a fantastic three weeks competing at the home of the World Young Horse in Belgium during April. The seven year olds all jumped extremely well at this high profile show which was being live streamed around the globe. The horse that was very quickly the talk of the show was the 7 year old, Mijnheer de Lentamel, (Emerald x Toulon).

"Dream your dreams with open eyes and make them come true"

Christmas is always a time for reflection and planning as I spend quality special time with the horses at home over the festive season.

MET Tour 2018 over and out!!!

No better way to finish than with this exceptional performance by 8 year old Knockout Van’t Paradijs. This video requires no words to describe the quality of this outstanding 8 year old, as he plays with the 1.45m LR class to finish 8 th.

After a great summer jumping in Europe with Tim Wilks, IN Showjumpers are delighted to say that Elmo (video) will continue his career with Double H Farm. Elmo has been a fantastic horse to work with and his wonderful personality will be missed by everybody who has been involved with him over the past twelve months but. We wish him well on the next stage of his development and career.

Loeki shines in Dinard

It was amazing to be back in Dinard again, it has to be the most beautiful show in the calendar and the grass arena is not only stunning but also testing and educational for horse and rider.  We made the trip with 3 horses, Knockout Van’t Paradijs, 8 year old, Loeki van het Lindenhof z 7 year old and a French client, Nicolas Michel.

Falsterbo – our favourite show of the year!

I cannot tell you how privileged we felt being invited to come back to Falsterbo this year again. It has the best jumping, the best sport, the best atmosphere and the friendliest people. Jana Wannius and his team do the most amazing job.

A focus on fitness, nutrition and an Olympic Training Centre bring success in the Netherlands!

We loved our first trip to Arnhem 3 *, hosted within the Sports Centre Papendal, an Olympic Training Centre where around 400 athletes train on a daily basis in an amazing complex hiding in a stunning wooded area.
